We may make use of additional information about you when it is available from external sources to help us do this effectively.

How we share your Personal data

We may share your Personal data with your consent or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any service or product you have ordered or requested. For example, we may share your email address with our partner, who manages the dispatch of emails for Logaster.


Sometimes and in certain situations Logaster may share your Personal data with:

  • SendGrid, Inc., The Rocket Science Group LLC, Zendesk, Inc. for the purposes of processing emails;

  • Paymentwall Inc., BlueSnap, Inc., PayPal, Inc. and our banking partners for the purposes of processing payments;

Logaster processes and stores your Personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage. In case we retain your Personal data for any legitimate business purpose other than to provide our services, we will make efforts to limit the access to the Personal data and the retention time to minimum.

  • You have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing if the processing is unlawful, if you contest the accuracy of your Personal data or your Personal data is no longer needed by the Company.



  • You have the right to receive from us the Personal data concerning you, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

  • You can ask to transfer your Personal data in accordance with your right to data portability to a third party.




  • You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affecting you.

Please note that when you send us a request to exercise your rights, we may need to reasonably authenticate your identity. Thus, Logaster may ask you to provide credentials to make sure that you are who you claim to be and will further ask you certain questions to understand the nature and scope of your request.

Transfer of Personal data outside your territory

Logaster complies with the Privacy Shield Framework when your Personal data is transferred from EU or Switzerland to the U.S.

Logaster takes commercially reasonable measures and relevant technologies to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. For example, we limit the access to the Personal data stored, use encryption, when necessary etc.



Changes in this policy

We may make changes to this Policy from time to time, and where we do so, we change the ‘Last updated’ date of this Policy above. If there is a material change to this Policy, such as a change to the purposes of Processing of Personal data that is not consistent with the purpose for which it was originally collected, Logaster will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes before they take effect or by directly sending you a notification.

Applicable law and arbitration

This Policy, where possible, shall be governed by the laws of the country of Logaster’s location.
